This is an application for appointment of proposed respondent no. 1(d) as the guardian ad litem of the proposed respondent nos. 1(e), 1(f) and 1(g). The proposed respondent no. 1(d) is the father of the proposed respondent nos. 1(e), 1(f) and 1(g). There is a statement in para 6 of the application that the interest of the proposed respondent no. 1(d) is not adverse to that of the proposed respondent nos. 1(e), 1(f) and 1(g).

2. In that view of the matter, the proposed respondent no. 1(d) is appointed as a legal guardian of the proposed respondent nos. 1(e), 1(f) and 1(g).
