It is submitted that since after this Court directed substituted service of the respondent no.2 by publication the applicant has found the new address of respondent no.2 and in such circumstances the present application is filed seeking issuance of notice on the new address.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed as prayed. Issue notice to the respondent no.2 on the address as mentioned in para 7 of the application by registered A/D returnable on 3/8/2018.
