Learned Public Prosecutor submits that he has no objection to the release of the Passport as an 'A' Summary Report dated 13.04.2018 has been filed.

2. In view thereof, the condition (e) of the order passed by this Court dated 13.06.2016 stands relaxed. The Additional Sessions Judge, Mapusa is directed to release the Passport in favour of the applicant on the applicant moving the necessary application before it.
