Mr. C. A. Ferreira, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner upon instructions seeks leave to withdraw the above writ petition keeping all the contentions of the petitioner open in view of the orders passed by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No. 71 of 2015. The petition stands accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner if so advised to challenge any adverse order in the proceedings which may be initiated by the petitioner in pursuance to the order passed by this Court today in accordance with law.
