This is a composite application for condonation of delay in challenging the order dated 30.11.2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and for setting aside the said order.

2. By the impugned order dated 30.11.2018, the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court has refused registration of an application for early hearing for want of removal of office objections.

3. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant shall remove the office objections within one week from today.

4. In the result, the delay is condoned and the impugned order dated 30.11.2018 is hereby set aside subject to removal of office objections within one week from today. The office shall register the application subject to removal of office objections.
