2. By consent, the typographic error in the order dated 02.07.2015 is corrected in clause 4(c). The reference to the Bakery shall be shown by letter 'C' instead of 'B'.
3. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the applicant that the applicant would vacate the portion (shown by letter 'A'), by 31.07.2015, without fail.
4. In such circumstances, time to remove himself alongwith his family from the shared household (shown by letter 'A'), is extended
CRMA/162/2015 till 31.07.2015. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted.
