By this application, the petitioners seek to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.6.

2. The application has been taken out within prescribed period of limitation. Accordingly, leave is granted as prayed for. Necessary amendment to the carried out within one week from today. After amendment is carried out, issue notice to the said legal representatives, returnable on 25.4.2017. In addition to the usual mode of service, service by speed post is also permitted. The petitioners to thereafter file an affidavit of service.

3. Parties are put to notice that all endeavor shall be made to dispose of the matter finally at the stage of admission.
