Heard Shri De Sa, the learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Kholkar, the learned Addl. Government Advocate for respondent nos. 1 to 5 and Shri Costa Frias, the learned counsel for the contesting respondents no.6 and 7.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent nos. 6 and 7, on instructions, states that at present the applicant has no intention to alienate or create any third party interest in the suit property and in the event the applicant intends to do so, the applicant shall seek leave of this court.

3. The statement is accepted.

4. In view of this the grievance of the applicant in my considered view stands redressed.

5. The respondent nos. 6 and 7 shall not alienate or create any third party rights in the suit property, without the leave of this Court.
