Mr. Lobo points out that respondents No.2 and 3 are not served. However, these respondents were co-plaintiffs along with the Appellants 3.

Accordingly, this application for condonation of delay can be taken up without awaiting service on respondents No.2 and 3, now that the remaining respondents are already served. 02/12/22

There is a delay of 62 days in instituting the second appeal. From perusal of the civil application, this delay has been adequately explained. There was sufficient cause for this delay. 5.
