On the last occasion the parties filed their consent terms. Under those terms, the applicants had to publish "clarification". For that purpose, the case was adjourned. Today the applicants' counsel has placed on record a photo copy of "Hindustan Times", dated 23/1/2020, containing that clarification. The respondent's counsel informs the Court that the applicant has compiled with the Consent Terms.
