2. This is an application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Respondent No.5. The delay in filing this application has been explained.

3. Accordingly, the delay is condoned assuming that there is any delay because the statement in the application is that the same has been filed within 90 days from the date of knowledge of Respondent No.5's demise. Abatement, if any, is set aside.

4. Leave is granted to bring on record the legal representatives of 14th December, 2023

MCA 710 of 2018 deceased Respondent No.5.

5. Necessary amendment to be carried out within three weeks. Similarly, the steps should also be taken within three weeks to serve the legal representatives.
