After hearing the matter for sometime, I find no reason to interfere in the impugned order, at this stage, in exercise of jurisdiction under Articles 227 of the Constitution of India. But, however, liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order in case any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, at the final disposal of the suit, on merits.

Petition stands rejected.
