Heard Mr. Salatry, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. S. D. Lotlikar, learned Advocate General appearing for the Respondents.

2. The grievance of the Petitioner is that though FIR was registered on 25.10.2014 by the concerned Police Station, the investigation has not concluded nor any report filed before the concerned Magistrate.

3. Shri S. D. Lotlikar, learned Advocate General appearing for the Respondents, makes a statement that the investigation is almost complete and a report shall be submitted within four weeks from today.

4. Accepting the statement of the learned Advocate General, the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed.

5. Petition accordingly disposed of.
