As noted yesterday Mr Justice AP Lavande (Retd) has communicated his willingness to serve as a Sole Arbitrator. Both sides are in agreement that the dispute between them can be referred to the sole arbitration of Mr. Justice Lavande. So ordered. 2.

Parties will bear the costs of the arbitration and the fees of the learned arbitrator equally. Parties will appear before the Learned Sole Arbitrator for preliminary directions on the date, time and at the place of his convenience. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted at a venue of the learned Sole Arbitrator's choice and convenience.
