For the reasons stated in the judgment passed in Second Appeal No. 46/2012 and as this Court has held that the description of the respondent/plaintiffs' proprietory concern, through proprietor Mr. Ramdeo Anganu Maurya was on account of inadvertent mistake of fact, this application to bring the legal representatives of Mr. Ramdeo Anganu Maurya, on record cannot be entertained. Consequently, the same is dismissed.
