1. At the outset learned counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner seeks to amend prayer clause in the application by replacing the word Respondent by Petitioner. Leave is granted.

2. The learned counsel for Applicant/Petitioner seeks to bring legal heirs of deceased Petitioner No.9A on record considering that Petitioner No.9A, passed away on 14.06.2022 and the Application is filed on 02.08.2022, same being within time is allowed.

3. The addition be carried out by the end of this week. Upon the same being done, issue notice to added Petitioner returnable in 4 weeks.
