Heard Mr. J. J. Mulgaonkar, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. S. Dhargalkar, learned Addl. Government Advocate for Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3.

2. Mr. Dhargalkar places on record the communication dated 24.09.2019 issued by the Captain of Ports to M/s Jai Developers and Constructions, which is a firm in which the Petitioner No.2 is a partner approving the acceptance of offer/bid submitted by the said firm.

3. Mr. Mulgaonkar on the basis of the instructions from the Petitioners states that this petition may be disposed of by taking

WP/497/2019 on record the aforesaid communication dated 24.09.2019. Accordingly, we take on record the communication dated 24.09.2019 and dispose of this petition as not pressed any further.

4. Mr. Mulgaonkar on instructions states that the communication dated 24.09.2019 substantially redresses the grievances raised in this petition.
