2. It is reported by the learned APP that the Applicant has complied with the directions in this Court's order dated 15.07.2025, granting interim anticipatory bail. Since the Applicant has now cooperated with the investigating authorities, based on the considerations stated in the order of 15.07.2025, the same is confirmed. However, the conditions in clause 5(e) of the order shall stand modified to the extent that the Applicant shall report to the concerned P.I., if required, and on a notice of 48 hours given to the Applicant. In addition, if the Applicant possesses a passport, he shall surrender the same to the I.O. The order 11th August, 2025
