2. Mr Desai learned counsel for the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 416 of 2012 seeks leave to delete respondent no. 2 from the array of the respondents. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
3. Mr N. Fernandes, learned counsel for the petitioner in Criminal Writ Petition No.125/2016 seeks leave to delete respondent no. 4 from the array of the respondents. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
4. Mr N. Fernandes, learned counsel for the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 568/2012 seeks leave to delete respondent no. 4 from the array of the respondents. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
5. The parties have filed consent terms which are taken on record and marked as Exh. "X" for identification. Consent terms are duly signed by the petitioners who are personally present in the Court and identified by their respective counsel. Respondent is authorised signatory i.e Joint Secretary, Personnel of State of Goa who has duly signed the consent terms.
6. We have gone through the consent terms with the assistance of the learned counsel Mr Desai, Mr Fernandes and learned Advocate General Mr Pangam.
7. Learned Advocate General in all fairness submits that
appointment letters will be issued to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from today. This obviously is subject to checking the character antecedents and the report of the medical board. The statement of the learned Advocate General is accepted.
8. In this view of the matter, we dispose of the Writ Petition No. 616 of 2012, Writ Petition No. 568/2012 and Criminal Writ Petition No.125/2016 in terms of the consent terms. Parties to abide by the consent terms.
