Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr. Salkar, learned Government Advocate placed on record the order dated 25.04.2023, regularizing the services of the Petitioners. Upon production of this order, the first grievance of the Petitioners stands worked.

Mr. Joshi submits that the Petitioners have till date not been granted the benefit of the Modified Assured Career Progression [MACP] Scheme. He submits that since the services of the Petitioners have now been regularized, the Petitioners should be granted leave to take benefit of this MACP Scheme. 4.

Apart from the fact that there are no clear prayers in none of the Petitions, we think that these matters should be first examined by the Respondents. Therefore, we grant leave to the Petitioners to represent the concerned Respondents for the grant of the MACP Scheme. Mr. Joshi submits that such representations shall be made within two weeks from today.

If such representations are made, the concerned Respondents shall dispose of such representations within six weeks of receiving such representations. The reasoned decision must be communicated to the Petitioners.

If the Petitioners are still aggrieved, they will have the liberty to challenge the decision in accordance with law. All

contentions of all parties concerning the benefit of the MACP Scheme, are left open.

7.

Both the Petitions are disposed of with liberty as aforesaid. No costs.

In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, nothing survives in the Miscellaneous Civil Applications and the same are disposed of.
