These applications are being moved on behalf of the applicants with a prayer for fixing a date of hearing for these Writ Petitions in view of the urgency in the matter. It is stated that due to interim relief granted by this Court, the applicant is facing hardship for the reason that the applicant is unable to use the access road to the property in question.

It is further stated that the applicant is suffering from some health ailment.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed and it is directed that these Writ Petitions be listed for final disposal/hearing on 16/11/2021 at the end of the admission Board.
