2. Learned Public Prosecutor for the respondents submits on instructions of the Investigating Officer who is present in Court that two vital witnesses are to be examined namely the receiver of the gold chain and the Bank Manager where the gold chain is pledged. The said two witnesses will be examined on priority basis. Considering this statement of the Investigating Officer submitted through the learned Public Prosecutor, Shri Dhond, learned Advocate for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the

CRMAB/182/2018 application. Application accordingly stands disposed off reserving all the rights and contentions. The prosecution shall examine the witnesses within four weeks from today. Liberty is granted to the applicant to move the Sessions Court afresh for bail thereafter.
