By way of the present application, the applicant is praying for issuing fresh notices to respondent Nos.1b and 1c by way of substituted service i.e. publication of notices in a local daily newspaper. It is the contention of learned Counsel for the applicant that though efforts were made earlier to serve the said respondents, there was no success.

3. The application stands allowed.
