1. Subsequent to the report being placed by the Registrar (J) on 09/08/2024, a review was sought of the order dated 22/11/2024 passed by this Court which was amended on 15/01/2025. In terms of order dated 15/01/2025, the Respondent was required to deposit an amount of Rs.1,02,70,636.63 with interest @15% p.a. running from 12/02/2022 by the extended date of 03/02/2025. The direction has now been complied with by the Respondent by depositing the cheque of Rs.1,02,70,637/- dated 17/01/2025 and Rs.45,20,487/- dated 03/02/2025. The learned Advocate made a statement that the directions in the order dated 15/01/2025 are now fully complied with. Consequently, the report dated 09/08/2024 and the order dated 3rd February, 2025

MCA 272 of 2022 15/01/2025 having been complied with, no further orders are required in this matter.

2. The amount deposited shall be released to the Account of the Applicant Saunsthan Devkikrishna Ravalnath within a period of two weeks from today. The applicant shall furnish their bank Account details in which the Registry may deposit the deposited amount. VALMIKI MENEZES, J.
