After this petition was heard for some time, Mr. Mulgaonkar, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to agitate all contentions on merits of the suit before the learned trial Court. Allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All contentions of the parties in the pending suit are kept open.

Petitioners are permitted to make an application for expeditious disposal of the suit, which shall be given appropriate consideration, as a short issue is involved in the proceedings.
