Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant. None present for the respondents.

2. This is an application filed by the applicant for condonation of delay of 8 months and 23 days in filling the appeal. The grounds for delay is stated in paragraph 5 of the application. It is stated in the application that the delay is caused due to procedure to be followed while handling the matters from the head office of the applicant at Bangalore. Secondly, on the ground that the Advocate for the applicant had fallen sick.

3. On perusal of the application, I am of the opinion that the delay is reasonably explained. Hence, in the interest of justice, the delay is condoned.
