REGISTRAR'S ORDER The notice was issued to respondent no. 1(a). On perusal of the Bailiff report, it discloses that the bailiff could not serve the notice as he was not found. On his inquiring surrounding people informed him that the respondent no.1(a) is staying at some other place but no body could tell the correct address. As per the Applicant/petitioners the address of respondent no.1(a) is last known address. Even in Impugned order the same address is mentioned. It reveals that notice will not served on respondent no.1(a) on the same address by ordinary means. The applicant prays to issue notice by paper publication by publishing it in the local newspaper. The application is supported by an affidavit, hence the application is allowed. Issue notice to respondent no. 1(a) by way of substituted service i.e. by publishing it in any local newspaper widely circulated in the State of Goa. The applicants to pay the process fees to issue
notice for publications.
