Heard Mr. Shivan Desai, learned Advocate appearing for the applicant and Mr. D. Lawande, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent no.1.

2. This is an application for amendment of original Criminal Writ Petition to challenge the chargesheet filed after filing of the above petition.

3. Shri Lawande, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the question of challenging the chargesheet before this Court would not arise, as petitioner has remedy in terms of law.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, leave to amend is granted. Objections of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent no.1 are left open. Amendment to be

CRMA/168/2015 carried out within one week.

5. Place the original Criminal Writ Petition on 3/8/2015.
