The learned Advocate for the Respondent states that the entire amount due and payable to the Appellant has been paid. The said fact has been confirmed by the learned Advocate for the Appellant after taking necessary instructions from the Branch Manager of the Appellant who is also present in the Court. She further states that in view of payment of the entire dues, nothing survives in the matter, and therefore, Appellant wants to withdraw the appeal. Appeal accordingly stands withdrawn and disposed of.
