2.

Petitioner has filed this petition primarily to give effect to the order passed by the Administrative Tribunal dated 3 March 2015 wherein reinstatement of the Petitioner has been ordered by the Tribunal after setting aside the order of dismissal by the Management. Upon notice, the Respondent/Management appeared and pointed out to us that the order of the Tribunal is under

vinita 2 WP 25-18 dt 10-7-18 challenge before the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.387/2015.

3.

In view of this position, the mandamus as sought by the Petitioner, cannot be granted at this stage since validity of the order of Tribunal is under consideration of the learned Single Judge. Needless to state that after the challenge is adjudicated by the learned Single Judge, the Petitioner has his remedy open in law. Keeping that liberty open, Writ Petition is disposed of.
