Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. By the order dated 17/7/2015, this Court had disposed of the civil application no.81/2014,in terms of the order dated 15/6/2015. In para 2 of the order it was observed that it was an undisputed position that there was no interim order operating before the trial Court before the rejection of the plaint.

3. It is now submitted that in fact an ad interim order was granted on 4/3/2014 and it was extended till the next date and finally on 3/6/2014, the order was extended until further orders. It is submitted that thus, the fact that there was no interim order operating before the

MCA/458/2015 trial Court is not correct.

4. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 17/7/2015 be appropriately corrected in so far as para 2 of the order is concerned, stating that there was an ad interim order operating in the trial Court, which was granted on 4/3/2014 which was continued, until further orders on 3/6/2014. The order shall be corrected accordingly.

5. The Misc. Civil Application is disposed of. C. V. BHADANG, J.
