Heard Mr. P. Lotlikar, learned Counsel for the petitioner. Mr. D.J.Pangam, Advocate General for respondent No.3, Mr. Ryan Menezes, learned Counsel for respondent No. 1 and Mr. Avinash Bhosle, learned Counsel for respondent No.2.

2. Mr. Bhosle, learned Counsel for the respondent No. 2 states that the respondent No. 2 will furnish the petitioner copy of the memo of appeal filed by respondent No. 2 which is presently

WP/600/2019 pending before the Addl. Director of Panchayats, within a period of one week from today. This statement is accepted.

3. Mr. Bhosle states that the respondent No. 2 will file reply to the petitioner's application for intervention before the Addl. Director of Panchayats on or before 22.08.2019.

4. The learned Advocate General states that the respondent No.3 before whom the appeal and the application for intervention is pending, will dispose both these proceedings as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 30.09.2019.

5. The aforesaid statement is accepted. With this statement, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that his grievance presently stands redressed.

6. The petition is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms.

7. It is made clear that this Court has not adverted to the merits of the matter and therefore, the rival contentions of the parties are left open for decision of the Addl. Director of Panchayats, before whom, the applications are pending.
