This is an application for stay.

2. This Court by order dated 10/1/2014 had granted conditional stay subject to the applicant depositing the amount of the award within eight weeks. The record discloses that an amount of Rs.46,72,828/- came to be deposited on 3/3/2014. However, it was inadvertently deposited in the MCA No.828/2013 which was an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. Be that as it may, the fact remains that the amount has already been deposited. In such circumstances, the order dated 10/1/2014 is made absolute. The civil application is

CA/45/2018 disposed off.

3. The First Appeal to be added to the final hearing board if it is otherwise ready.
