Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that she has instructions to appear on behalf of the respondents and has filed her Wakalatnama in the Registry. She further submits that she has no objection for the petitioner being deleted from the proceedings before the learned JMFC at Panaji, considering the grounds urged on behalf of the petitioner in the petition that she was not the Director of the Company at the time of the commission of the offence and having resigned from the post of the Director of the Company much prior to the date of the alleged offence.

2. Considering the fair concession made on behalf of the respondent no.1, the petition is allowed. The impugned order

WPCR/142/2018 dated 09.10.2017 passed by the learned JMFC, Panaji, is quashed and set aside qua the petitioner.
