It is pointed out by learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, that a decision to renew the contract of the Petitioner has already been taken by the State Government but the formal letter of appointment cannot be issued as the Code of Conduct is in operation.

2. Rule has already been issued in the above Petition. In case such appointment Order is not issued, grave injustice would occasion to the Petitioner apart from affecting the students of the concerned College. Hence, the Code of Conduct shall not come in the way of the Respondents issuing the appointment letter in

MCA/556/2017 terms of the decision stated to have been taken.

3. Application stands disposed of.
