We had kept this matter back to ascertain whether Mr. Mulgaonkar appears for the appellant in this appeal that was instituted in 2012. He has confirmed that he has already withdrawn his appearance.

The Registrar (J) has made an order on 04.02.2021 permitting Mr. Mulgaonkar to withdraw his appearance after Registrar (J) satisfied about the service. There is no appearance on behalf of the appellant when the matter is called out for hearing. Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution.
