This is a application filed on behalf of the applicant/original respondents seeking a direction for release of Rs.5.00 lakhs out of the balance amount deposited by the insurance company before this Court in the pending appeal.

On an earlier occasion by an order dated 13/12/2019, the applicant was permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.5.00 lakhs. In this application it is stated that the elder daughter of the applicant is

Aura 30- MCA 216 2021 FA No. 86 of 2019 to get married in the month of December 2021 and for the said reason the applicant is seeking permission for release of the aforesaid amount of Rs.5.00 lakhs.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and it is directed that an amount of Rs.5.00 lakhs from the balance amount deposited by the insurance company shall be released in favour of the applicant. This shall be subject to the final result of the First Appeal.
