This is an application for speaking to the minutes of order dated 04.07.2016.

2. It is submitted that inadvertently on behalf of the petitioners, it was stated that the petitioners have deposited an amount of Rs.25,000/-, when in fact, the petitioners have deposited Rs.22,000/-.

3. The application is allowed as under:

(a) The amount deposited (in line 2 of paragraph 2) shall be read as Rs.22,000/- and the balance amount (in line 3 of paragraph 2 and line 2 of paragraph 3) shall be read as Rs.38,000/-. (b) The petitioner is permitted to deposit the balance amount of Rs.38,000/-, before this Court.
