Heard Mr. A. D. Bhobe, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. The grievance of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner is that though the petitioner is satisfied with the action taken by the authorities on the violations complained in the petition filed before the National Green Tribunal which made the petitioner to file an application for withdrawal of the complaint, nevertheless, the proceedings are not allowed to be withdrawn. It is further submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has to incur substantial expenditure to appear before the learned Tribunal and, as such, prays that the learned Tribunal be directed to pass necessary orders with that regard. The learned Tribunal may, as such, examine the application filed by the petitioner for withdrawal of the main complaint, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible.
