2. This is an application for modification of the terms of the bail order dated 29/08/2016 pursuant to which the applicant was directed to report on every Monday before the Investigating Officer from 10.00 hrs. to 13.00 hrs. and as and when required by the Investigating Agency. On hearing the learned Counsel and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the

CRMA/185/2017 State and considering that the investigation has been progressing since almost a year and without ignoring the submission of Shri Amonkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor that about 200 witnesses have been examined thus far and still some more remain to be examined by the Investigating Agency, it is appropriate in the circumstances to modify the said condition whereby the applicant is directed to attend before the Investigating Officer on the first Tuesday of the month and as and when called upon by the Investigating Officer as the exigency of the situation demands. In these terms the order stands modified accordingly.
