This is an application for withdrawal of the amount to the share of the applicant no.3, who was then a minor as on 21.04.2013. Nonetheless, on aperusal of the birth certificate it is apparent that the applicant no.3 has attained the age of majority. In view thereof, the amount in the share of the applicant no.3 is ordered to be released in his favour.
