2. This is an application to dispense with the filing of the death certificate and recording in the cause title that Respondent nos. 1(a), 1(b), 1(e),1(f) and 1(g)(e)are since deceased.

3. It is pointed out by Shri A. D. Bhobe, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, that no legal representatives are brought on record as they are already on record.

4. Hence, application is allowed. The Applicants are permitted to amend the cause title as prayed for. The filing of the death certificate

MCA/605/2015 accordingly stands dispensed with.
