This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the respondent in this Court, in view of the settlement between the parties in First Appeal No.51/2014.

2. As per the terms of settlement, the respondent has deposited an amount of Rs.10,75,000/- in this Court. As per the order passed by this Court on 5.12.2015, the registry was directed to report as to the amount lying with the registry, if any. Accordingly, registry has reported that the amount deposited by the respondent from time to time has been invested in the Bank of Maharashtra. Matter was settled between the parties in the Lok Adalat.

3. Hence, amount deposited by the respondent from time to time and invested in the bank shall be paid to the applicant along with accrued interest thereon after due verification and calculations.
