Heard Mr Nilesh Gaonkar for the applicant.

2. This is a revision against the Registrar's order dated 21.07.2023.

3. Mr Gaonkar points out that most of the objections were cleared, but the objection regarding the supply of the certified copy of the appeal memo could not be cleared because the same was not available. He points out that a certified copy is now obtained and if the matter is restored he ill immediately clear this objection as well.

4. Considering the submissions made, the order dated 21.07.2023 is set aside. The Second appeal is restored. Mr Gaonkar's statement that 7th September, 2023

CRA 20 of 2023 the objection will be cleared within a week from today is accepted.

5. If objection is cleared, the Second Appeal should be registered and placed for admission on 28.09.2023.
