During the course of the hearing of the above petition, Mr. P. Dangui, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced the orders dated 25.02.2009, 29.05.2009, 28.10.2009 & 18.11.2009 whereby eight of the petitioners have been transferred as Attendant and two of the petitioners have been promoted as Physiotherapy Attendant and Lift Operator. The copies of the orders are marked 'X' for identification. The said position has not been disputed by Mr. D. Pangam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Taking note of the reliefs sought in the above petition, we find that the petition does not survive in view of the said orders passed by the respondents. Hence, the petition stands accordingly disposed of. Rule stands disposed of. K. L. WADANE, J.
