The present application is filed by the applicant to bring on record one of the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.4 which was inadvertently remained to be brought on record. The respondent no.4 died on 19.3.2014. Earlier her legal representatives i.e respondent nos.3(a) to 3(c) were already on record but inadvertently wife of the respondent no. 3(c) remained to be brought on record. Therefore, the applicant prays to bring on record the legal representative i.e wife of respondent no.3(c) as the respondent no.3(d).

2. The other side has no objection.

3. Hence, application is allowed. Necessary amendment to be carried out in the cause title of the Second Appeal No.112/2014

MCA/501/2015 within a period of two weeks.

4. Application stands disposed of.
