The applicant has prayed for suspension of sentence and release him on bail pending the hearing of the appeal. The applicant is convicted and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for five years and sentenced to pay fine of ₹5,000/-. In default to undergo simple imprisonment for two months.

It is submitted by Shri M. Amonkar, that during the trial the applicant was on bail. In the reply, it is stated that the prosecution has no objection for suspension of sentence and release the applicant
crma no.163 of 2019 on bail subject to depositing the fine amount. 3.
As such, pending the hearing of appeal, the applicant is released on bail on furnishing a fresh PR bond in the sum of ₹20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and subject to deposit of the fine amount within a period of two weeks from today.

The applicant shall attend the Court as and when directed. 3.
The application stands disposed of. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
