Heard Ms A. A. Agni, learned Senior Advocate who appears with Ms Jay Sawaikar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr Devidas J. Pangam, learned Advocate General who appears with Mr Pravin Faldessai and Mr Shubham Priolkar, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent State.

Learned Advocate General states that the petitioners in both these petitions would get all the consequential benefits on the premise that they have continued in service until they attained the age of 62 years. Learned Advocate General states that the actual financial benefits would be granted/paid to the petitioners within 4 months from today.

Therefore, by accepting the above statement and requiring the concerned respondents to act accordingly, we dispose of both these petitions.
