Various orders have been passed in this Civil Application

Amrut 2 MCA 561-17dt 03-05-2018 from time to time in view of the directions issued by the Supreme Court regarding the structures put up by the Respondent Nos.4(a) to 4(c). We had directed the Registrar ( Judicial ) to submit a report and also the Commissioner of the Corporation of the city of PanajiApplicant in this petition. The Municipal Corporation had appointed a Structural Engineer and under his supervision the demolition of six rooms had taken place. The Commissioner has filed an affidavit dated 27 April 2018 which is tendered today in which he has stated that the order of the Supreme Court dated 18 April 2017 is complied with by Respondent Nos.4(a) to 4(c). We accept the statement made on oath by the Commissioner.

Mr. Coelho Pereira, the learned Senior Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos.4(a) to 4(c) also states that the order of the Supreme Court has been complied with. The Registrar ( Judicial ) has also tendered a report in that regard. In these circumstances, the Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of.
