2. The learned Counsel for the parties submit that the vacant possession of the suit premises has been handed over to the petitioners/ decree holders.
3. In such circumstances, Shri Usgaonkar, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to
CP/26/2017 withdraw the Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition is yet to be admitted. In such circumstances and for the reason that the respondents have handed over the vacant possession of the suit premises to the petitioners, the Contempt Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
